Bathrooms
Bathrooms take a lot of use over the years and they need updating; some sooner than later.
These rooms are generally small and require a long list of details that make remodeling a bathroom intensive. We urge everyone planning to remodel a bathroom to consider using Universal design features. When designing with these features in mind, the bath becomes more functional as we age in our homes.
Many of our clients are looking for an updated master bathroom with a spa like look. We highly recommend curb-less showers, comfort height toilets, heated tile floors, kitchen height cabinets, lots of lighting and proper ventilation.
The original builder tends to install less quality products that do not last; and some of their sub-contractors do not provide the best quality installation. Between these two issues, we have to remodel some bathrooms that were not even 5 years old.
